Individual & Couples Therapy

START YOUR JOURNEY

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the emotional impact of health conditions. My goal is to offer a supportive, grounded space where you can better understand what you’re experiencing and build tools that support your overall well-being.

My clinical approach is evidence-based and tailored to you. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), depending on your needs and goals.

Teletherapy availability: I currently offer therapy exclusively via secure video sessions for residents of California, Nevada, and New Mexico.

Cancellation policy: If you’re unable to keep your appointment, please cancel by phone or email at least 24 business hours in advance to avoid a missed-appointment fee.
